Change is a sign of life, a notice that we’re still in process, being molded and shaped by the loving hand of our God.
Summer cools to fall, children grow, we add another candle to another birthday cake. In a moment winter comes and celebratory cakes are consumed in an inferno of years. Here at Aldersea, we’re navigating a whitewater of change, from a new color on our roof to the beginning of new year of school, and from new jobs to first braces. Some experiences please us more than others, but in each we’re discovering that change is the proving ground for the faithfulness of the Unchanging One. We’re glad to know that He is still at work and that He cares enough to use change to change us. Rob |
